• Audience is introduced to facilitators, format, and ground rules for discussion.
• Audience watches a scripted scene, a realistic medical interview where providers and patient experience a series of conflicts.

Audience Interaction

• Question/Answer: Audience members can ask the characters any questions they want about what they did in the scene and why.

Post-Performance Conversation

• Participants engage in constructive, respectful dialogue, led by facilitators, with all points of view welcome.
• Facilitators ask questions, highlight key ideas/themes, and share relevant information.
• Participants are educated as to the available resources for themselves and their patients.
